When you place an online order with Timbuktu, it is handpicked by our team here in the
United Kingdom and sent straight to your door, wherever you are.
If you order before 2pm your parcel will be picked and dispatched the same day. This is important to note when ordering with Next Business Day Delivery in the U.K. These orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will arrive the next business day. If you place your order after 2pm on a Friday then the parcel will not be picked and dispatched until the following Monday, meaning, for a Next Business Day Delivery in the UK, your parcel will not arrive until the Tuesday. If you place your order before 2pm on a Thursday then your parcel should arrive on the Friday, the next business day.
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and some Scottish Highlands addresses, please note that your deliveries may be delayed by 1-3 days depending on the location of your address and accessibility. We aim to get orders delivered to your front door as fast as possible and as you ordered but we are dependent on the courier services, please be patient with us in this instance.
Please note that we aim to pick and dispatch your orders straight away, however, during busy periods please allow for an extra 1-2 business days.
